All About Dwell Differently
WHAT IS DWELL DIFFERENTLY?
Dwell Differently is a monthly Scripture memory membership. Our monthly Scripture designs help members memorize one verse each month with the help of temporary tattoos or stickers, an art print, and key tag.
HOW DOES A DWELL DIFFERENTLY MEMBERSHIP WORK?
Once you join, we send you a Dwell Differently kit featuring a new Scripture verse and design to memorize and meditate on for the month.
- Start with a verse.
- Each letter in the design represents the first letter of each word in the verse.
- See it. Recall it. Repeat it.
WHAT'S IN MY PACKAGE EACH MONTH?
- Individual Membership: 1 verse card, 1 key tag, and 4 temporary tattoos or 2 vinyl stickers.
- Friends & Family Membership: 1verse card, 2 key tags, and 12 temporary tattoos or 6 vinyl stickers.
- Group Membership: 1 verse card, 1 key tag and 3 tattoos for each group member. Quantities start at 8 members and go up to 100. For groups larger than 100, please contact us via email at dwell@dwelldifferently for special pricing.
All members also receive a digital kit with a printable coloring page and lock screens and backgrounds for their phones, computers, and apple watches.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY FIRST ORDER?
When you become a Dwell Differently member, you will immediately be shipped a free bonus kit of the current month’s verse! Your first official kit will then arrive by the 5th of the month following your purchase date.
CAN I GIFT A MEMBERSHIP?

CAN I TRY JUST ONE MONTH?
Dwell Differently kits cannot be purchased without a membership, but all memberships can be canceled at any time.
WHAT BIBLE TRANSLATION DO YOU USE?
All Dwell Differently products use the New International Version of the Bible.

CAN I CHANGE MY EMAIL ADDRESS?
To change the email address associated with your membership, reach out to customer service via email at dwell@dwelldifferently.com.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY SHIPMENT?
All members receive the same verse each month. You can choose between our individual, friends and family or our group membership. You can also visit our member exclusive Kit Shop to purchase additional products that will ship at the time of purchase.

No worries! Email us at dwell@dwelldifferently.com with your name and address and we will help you out.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?
You can update your shipping address by logging into your account and selecting “Manage Membership.” From there, select “Manage” next to your membership. Select “edit” under “Shipment info” and update your shipping address. You can also reach out to us at dwell@dwelldifferently.com and we will take care of it for you!
HOW DO I REACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT?
You can reactivate your membership any time by logging back into your account and clicking "reactivate" under "your memberships."You must have activated your account at the time of sign up to be able to make changes online. If you missed this step, email us atdwell@dwelldifferently.comand we can resend your account activation link.
HELP! I FORGOT MY PASSWORD.
No worries! Click "forgot your password" where you normally log in. Enter your email address and we will send instructions to reset your password. If you don’t receive the email, that means you never activated your online access, so reach out to us at dwell@dwelldifferently.com and we will get you logged in!
HOW CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY MEMBERSHIP?
You can easily update your membership by logging into your account and selecting “Manage Membership” on your profile. Select “Manage” next to your membership. From there, you can update your membership type, next order date, shipping address, and payment method.
If you are updating your subscription AFTER the 15th of the month you will receive one more shipment with your current preferences. Your changes will go into effect following your next renewal.
You must have activated your account upon purchase to be able to make changes online. If you missed this step, email us at dwell@dwelldifferently.com and we will get you logged in.
HELP! SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY KIT.
If you received the wrong kit or your kit was damaged, please email us at dwell@dwelldifferently.com and we will send a replacement!
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
We don't offer returns. If there is a problem with your membership or you are unhappy please email us at dwell@dwelldifferently.com so we can get you taken care of!
Tattoos
HOW DO I APPLY MY TATTOO?
Temporary tattoos are easy to apply; all you need is water and a wet cloth. Your skin should be clean, dry, and free of lotion, oils, and makeup.
- Remove the clear, protective top sheet.
- Press the tattoo firmly onto your skin with the design side facing down.
- Firmly press a wet cloth against the back of the tattoo, making sure to wet the paper thoroughly. Continue to hold for 30 seconds.
- Slowly peel off the paper backing.
- Gently rinse the image with cold water, and allow the temporary tattoo to dry before touching or covering with clothes.
WHERE SHOULD I APPLY MY TATTOO?
We recommend placing your tattoo in a smooth, hair-free area of skin (such as your wrist or forearm) that doesn’t crease or stretch when you move.
HOW LONG SHOULD I EXPECT MY TATTOOS TO LAST?
Our temporary tattoos last about 3 days. Here are a few tips for extending the life of your tattoo:
- Choose a smooth, hair-free area of skin (such as your wrist or forearm) that doesn’t crease or stretch when you move.
- Make sure your skin is dry and free of oil, lotion, and makeup.
- Avoid clothing or jewelry that will rub the tattoo.
- Temporary tattoos can be easily removed with a bit of rubbing alcohol, hand sanitizer, or baby oil.
I LOST A VERSE FROM A PREVIOUS MONTH. CAN I GET A REPLACEMENT?
Email us at dwell@dwelldifferently.com and we’ll attempt to get you taken care of if we have that month in stock.
Billing
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
Every order following your first order will process on the 15th of the month. For example, if you sign up on March 22nd, your card will be charged again on April 15th. If you sign up on March 2nd, you will be charged again on April 15th. If you purchase our annual membership, your membership will automatically renew on the 15th of the anniversary month in which you signed up. So, if you signed up on March 22, 2022, you will be charged again on March 15, 2023.
Cancellations
HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
Month to Month Memberships: You can cancel your membership any time by logging into your account and selecting “Manage Membership.” Select “Manage” next to your membership. Scroll to the bottom and select "cancel membership." You will receive an email confirming your cancellation. If you do not see that in your inbox or spam folder, reach out to us at dwell@dwelldifferently.com and we will help you out!
Annual Memberships: Prepaid annual memberships cannot be canceled prior to their expiration date, but you can disable the automatic renewal for an additional year by logging into your account and selecting “Manage Membership.” Select “Manage” next to your membership. Scroll to the bottom and select "cancel membership."

CAN I SKIP MONTHLY SHIPMENTS?
You can skip monthly shipments any time by logging into your account and selecting “Manage Membership”, then select “Manage” next to your membership. Under “Next Billing Date” select “Skip.”
